We're always seeking talented animators, designers, and editors to join our award-winning creative agency.

    How the team works

Network Neuron is an all-round creative agency built around a small permanent core. Designers, animators, and editors stay on the same project from start to finish, so context is never handed off and lost between stages — and a brief that starts as 2D animation can pick up motion graphics or an edit without changing hands.

Every project gets one named contact. That person runs your discovery call, sends the storyboard, and answers your questions through to delivery. You never have to re-explain the brief to somebody new.

    Who does what

Writers shape the script. Illustrators draw the style frames that set colour, type, and character design. Animators bring those frames to life. Editors cut live action footage, grade the colour, and mix the sound. On a motion graphics service brief the designer and animator are often the same person, which keeps the piece consistent end to end.

The studio was founded in 2022 and has delivered more than 500 projects since.

    Why the team stays small

A permanent core of around a dozen people is a deliberate choice, not a stage we are trying to grow out of. Large studios move briefs between departments, and detail is lost at every handover — the animator never spoke to the writer, so a joke in the script lands flat on screen. Keeping one team on a project from discovery through to sound design avoids that entirely.

It also means the people you meet on the first call are the people doing the work. We do not run a sales team that hands you over to production once the contract is signed.

    How we bring in specialists

Some briefs need a skill nobody keeps on staff full time — a particular illustration style, a native voice in a language we do not speak, an original score. For those we bring in trusted specialists we have worked with before, and we manage them directly. You still deal with one contact, and the work is still reviewed to the same standard before it reaches you.

What never gets outsourced is the core craft: scripting, storyboarding, animation, editing, colour, and sound are all done in house.

    Working with the team

Most clients meet three people over a project: the contact who runs it, the designer or illustrator who sets the look, and the animator or editor who builds it. Reviews happen at the end of each stage rather than continuously, so your time goes into a handful of focused decisions instead of a running commentary. If you would rather be closer to the work than that, say so at the start and we will adjust the rhythm.
